An AI Assistant for the UAP Student Portal and Canvas LMS

LearnWise AI recently released their flagship solution “Aiden”, an online assistant focused on helping students, teachers and university stakeholders answer questions using the power of artificial intelligence. UA&P's adoption of LearnWise AI's technology marks an innovative stride in harnessing AI to streamline academic processes and foster a more interactive learning ecosystem.

Aiden works by integrating the existing university resources such as student handbooks, websites and other information. Students and other stakeholders can ask questions such as “How do I pay for my tuition fees?”, “Where is my 10 am class located?” or “How do I grade an assignment?” Valuable data, such as which questions are being asked most, is also captured and can be analyzed with the in-app dashboards.

Aiden also supports integrations into the most popular ticketing systems and other third-party educational technology tools so that students and faculty can escalate support requests and reach out directly to support teams. This means less work for the university in managing support channels, reducing the number of support requests before they are escalated, and saving valuable time for support agents and teams.

Through this alliance, LearnWise AI reaffirms its commitment to driving educational innovation, while UA&P takes a bold step in integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance the academic journey. This collaboration not only paves the way for a new era of digital learning but also invites other institutions to explore the boundless possibilities of AI in education.

"I am so thankful that LearnWise can partner with such an innovative and forward-thinking institution in the Philippines.” said Greg Marschall, CEO of LearnWise AI. “We look forward to supporting the University of Asia and the Pacific in all things AI to improve the student, faculty and admin experience."

Statement from Jason De Villa at UA&P “The pandemic has shown most people how technology can enhance the educational experience. We’re taking some of the lessons learned from that experience and extending it beyond the teaching and learning experience to also provide better student support services through LearnWise’s AI-driven services.”
